Metal Fitness basically means Training our brain with specified techniques and exercises, so to improve the specific brain functions, make it stress and anxiety-free, let is stay working and fresh.

It is all about ‘Brain Functionality’. The mental workout helps in

  • Regaining our memory and also helps us to come out from negative thoughts and fulfill our brain with positivity. Even if we deviate from our path, this is the only one that helps bring us to the right path and assign our mindset too.
  • In our daily hectic schedule if we will give our self just 20 minutes for doing the mental workout, it will really helpful for the refreshing of your mind. This workout acts as a natural medicine for our neuron cells, And boosts up our immune system.

1) IMPROVES FUNCTIONING OF THE BRAIN

Many people are suffering from depression, overthinking so they do this workout on a daily basis. It can cure any headache which causes due to any stress or pressure.

The proper functioning of the brain allows us to fuel our intellect in order to make wise decisions that affect our future in a positive way.

2) FRESHENS OUR MIND

Now I am going to share a wonderful technique with you which I experience whenever I feel overburdened or stressed, I follow this set of technique and attract some relief in my mind and body. As it directly associated with the tendency of blood flow in brain muscles.

I am talking about Washing Your Head twice in a week. This will allow your brain to function smoothly and calmly resulting in freshening our mind and heading towards the effectiveness and efficiency at work.

So, it is playing the best role in refreshing our mind because this will help to reopen the internal pores and removes dirt with cleansing the cells. After this process
you sense the decreased burden of your head. Doing physical exercise is also helps your thinking process to grow.

3) MENTAL WORKOUT AND MENTAL FITNESS

Mental workout and mental health go hand in hand as the workout maintains your brain and emotional fitness in good shape. By doing this activity it can reduce the stress level in your work by challenging neurons to reach in the less attention-seeking areas of your brain.

When you imagine something additional than your daily troubles, you increase activity in the neural structure of that area in your brain.

TYPES OF MENTAL WORKOUT


1) GIVE YOUR SELF SOME DAILY TASKS

In this, we should give self-challenging tasks to boost up our body with brain cells to level-up the immune system too.

Like if you are doing 2 sets of 30 pushups, you should increase pushups numbers in both the sets, like by increasing it by 5 more pushups, it will allow your brain to perform some tasks which are out of the circumference of the brain. It results in breaking and rebuilding your brain muscles and increases the blood flow.

This will reduce the fear of losses or challenges. But don’t multiply the tasks because this will decrease your focus and lack of patience.

2) MEDITATION


Meditation

Meditation is one of the best activities for the brain and functioning of the body. You can do this any time but for the better result you should do it before the dawn and try to include it at night 30 minutes before sleeping.

This will increase the mental fitness and helps to enhance the rush blood flow in every brain tissue.

It calms you down resulting in less rage and increases the patience level. Meditation maintains your mind mentally healthy not tedious as getting ready for a marathon but it’s a good metaphor.

3) YOGA


Yoga, derives from the word yog which means attaining a pose. It is the activity that I and my family follow for long, as being initiated by one of my forefathers. The practice is very close to my mind, as it allows us to feel the bliss of life and diving deep into the level of introspection and retrospection.

It both affects our mind and body workout.

Yoga is now present across the globe spreading from Indian scriptures and 21 June is celebrated as International Yoga Day every year with new themes every year

It acts as a fruit in the mental workout which once being eaten, adds value to physical health resulting in the proper functioning of mental health. It feels like you are complete with your body, calm, connected, clear, and centered.

Yoga plays a major role in our daily life and can help to reduce depression, overthinking, anxiety, and mental health.

The effects of yoga also stimulate the different tissues of the body, self-efficiency compensates inertia, and agitation inclusive of depression and anxiety. It nurtures your body and improves participation in social life, work-life, and close relationships. It also makes your body flexible, confident, and attractive.

The Blood circulation is increased and maintain your heart health and protect your body from germs and boosts your immune system.

Introspection

If I sum the discussions on a list of mental workout it would come to a stoppage where Introspection appears.

Introspection, the ability to analyze the inner functioning of thoughts being processed in our brain with respect to the external stimuli. It is the option which one taps who is not satisfied with its social and work-life. One who tries to seek the attention of others but can’t, the person taps the way of introspection for realizing his/her own mistakes.

It is a process in which a human works on himself with the help of self-teaching methods. It is the conclusion of meditation and yoga.

We all must practice introspection in order to maintain good relations with others and filling life full of positive pie.

I want to share one of the core statement which I feel to be true, whenever you are introspecting only at that point of time I consider god is within us.
