Exercise is the best of my stress buster, anger management, muscle building and etc. I do mention this point in most of my blogs relating to different topics. Physical and mental workout being my favorite which I follow every morning results in fetching rejoicing moments and calmness in life. The following writing would be filled with much of my experiences related to exercising since I started at home itself and joining the gym after 1.5 years.
The sweat after physical workout releases serotonin in our brain cells. Serotonin is the gland which is responsible for the happiness and calmness in life. The gland being released plays a major role in cooling the combustion of anger.
I will be bifurcating workout into two parts
1- First, one being the PHYSICAL WORKOUT
2- The second one is the MENTAL WORKOUT
Well, both of the topics of my discussion are my favorite and I even can write a complete book on them. But here we will be witnessing some core facts that how these exercises can play a major role in the antagonism?
4.1) PHYSICAL WORKOUT
Physical workout, as I mentioned in the starting of WORKOUT, can bring marvelous
effects on our brain cells inclining towards the life full of positivity .
It not only strengthens our muscles but plays the role of a catalyst in every problematic situation in your life, it regulates the positive flow in your behavior, so you act accordingly with others. It occupies sixty per cent in the process of anger management.
Let me give you a trending example for this,
“Have you ever notice that after in a relationship when it comes to an end, a boy with the broken heart and anger injection joins the gym and do a rigorous workout after some months he comes to the track and follows the journey.”
The above example seems to be the funniest one, but it defines the major impacts of workout in our daily life. uncovering both the points quickly, Introspection can be defined as the analyzing power of oneself internally, what I am indicating here that we should monitor our performing functions of the whole day whether in college, school, office irrespective of your association. Just note down the triggering factors which are infused with anger.
Note:- This activity should be performed when you are about to sleep
Coming to the activity,
After jotting down all the points, analyse the mistakes and try to seek forgiveness from them the next day, in a justified manner.
- Prepare a learning diary and write all the mistakes which you have committed so far due to the rage and take actions accordingly.
- Meditation, it is an ancient practice being followed for many years, it is a relaxation technique implemented by a few people across the globe. Meditation brings you the prosperity and enlightening soul revealing the fact of many fruitful outcomes bringing the best results with zero anger.
