Meditation can be defined as the process of diving deep in the thought process of oneself by analyzing what wrong is actually happening during the course of life.

It allows you to enter the door which connects you with a different world full of permanent pleasure and happiness if we install this practice in our daily routine.

I will be writing this article in a way which defines meditation in upcoming paragraphs, distributing its juice to every point of discussion, so that my lovable readers enable to enhance the beauty of it.

Meditation is an ancient practice intensely followed by monks in the different corners of the earth most importantly I am claiming to be the BEST MENTAL EXERCISE, in order to prosper our life at peaks.

In addition to today’s world what I got to know that the particular word has been searched rapidly reflecting the curiosity of people with regards to the benefits of meditation and advantages in anybody’s life.

The process is the best way to regulate everything affecting negatively on our daily life inclusive of stress, anxiety, fear, diseases, and many things.

Now I am about to share the experiences which I feel during meditation followed by its benefits above all.

Meditation is an art of training your mind for the conscious thinking pattern, it gives you the remote control of your brain to be run at your own pace. If your mind is in control, you can control everything you wish to.

Firstly, Let all us connect this point with the help of my example which is completely real and I was also shocked when I got to know so many unknown facts about our human mind.

I was once assigned with the writing of eight blogs of 1500+ words each, and for completing the task I had been provided with 10 days.

On a ninth day, I realized the deadline for submitting the blogs, filled with worry and anxiety I abruptly decided to take a twenty minutes tour of meditation during the situation

Above all I felt different strong energy being flowed in my body, I started writing the articles after preparing their structures,

I finished writing my article on the tenth day, which once seems to be impossible but I did it!

Unknowing of the fact that I was dependent on just 1-hour power naps after every 4 hours of writing with 6 cups of cappuccino.

Therefore the point has been cleared with my personal example, enabling the power of the subconscious mind and law of attraction.

A few days back, I was reading an article about the benefits of meditation in sleep where I got to know that sleep genuinely optimizes our brain which ensures the proper functioning of neurons, as a result of putting up with wise decisions.

I have seen many people struggle to have good sleep at night due to the worries and anxieties related to JOBS, BUSINESSES, STUDY and etc.

Doing just twenty minutes of meditation before sleeping allows them to establish specialized communication between their conscious and subconscious mind, releasing tensions and worries during the course of the day!

  1. Firstly, Wake up early in the morning.

  2. Secondly, Go and fresh, have fruits in order to detoxify your body before meditation.

  3. Thirdly, Search a silent spot at home, where ever you feel comfortable but the place must be silent.

  4. Sit down crossing your legs and back straight.

  5. Close your eyes.

  6. Start breathing in and out through both the nostrils one by one.

  7. Repeat the process in different sets.

  • PUT YOUR THUMB ON YOUR NOSE TO CLOSE ONE HOLE OF THE NOSTRIL, OTHER TO BE FREE.
  • BREATHE IN FROM ONE SIDE OF NOSTRIL, HOLD IT, RELEASE THE AIR FROM ANOTHER NOSTRIL.

DO THIS SIMULTANEOUSLY SWITCHING YOUR NOSTRILS.

I do practice this meditation every morning after a deep intense workout, resulting in calmness and prosperity the whole day long.

2) TRANSCENDENTAL MEDITATION

I got to know that this meditation has been searched by many people across the planet, a person attains a posture and starts practicing salvation. But what differentiates

Transcendental meditation from other meditation is that it involves different MANTRAS, SOUND, PHRASES EMPHASISING THE DEVOTION TO THE ALMIGHTY.


This majorly improves many problems in the human body,

Transcendental meditation should be done in the presence of a teacher who is trained enough.

Guided meditation can be referred to as the mixture of Mindfulness meditation and
