We all humans are connected. In 21 century world is getting closer because of social platforms like, Facebook, etc,

Relationships matter the most in our life. Common relations are dad, mom, sister, brother, wife, etc.

Some times because of conditions or our mistakes our relationship turns in a toxic relationship and broke.

The person we loved most go away. Or get the distance in relationships.

This type of failing is hurting us deeply. And it’s difficult to move on.

So, be careful about this type.

2. Failure In Career –

One of the common type is career breakdown.

Everyone on this planet sets an aim. Everyone wants to achieve it.

You may have an aim? Right?

But some of us fail to achieve their aim because of some reason. Like lack of perseverance, lack knowledge, etc,

For example, when I went on holiday I forgot my charger at home. Ohhh!  That very hurts to me. That makes my holiday very boring.

Forgetting my charger is not a big deal. But it is important to me.

So it is a fall for me.

In this case, someone lost something because of his mistakes.

For example, Mr. X had less knowledge about the share market but because of other advice, he invested in the share market.

And he lost him all money.

In that case, he had money but because of less knowledge, he loses his all money.

In this type, someone lost what they have because of his mistakes.

These mistakes can change our life. So, be careful about these.

Ask me bazaar was digital-listing and e-commerce start-up started in 2012. Up to 2014 they successfully get $ 300 million investment and going on its way to becoming a unicorn.

But, On August 19, Ask me the group decided to shut down and over 4000 employees are left as jobless.

It was India’s one of the biggest start-up failure in history.

There are many reasons for the shut down of Ask me Bazaar as follows,

Burn Rate of Money:

Ask me got a lot of money by funding but they acquire many companies quickly and burn their money in only acquires other companies instead of focus on the main business model.

Top Management Issues:

Ask me bazaar has many issues in its top management.

There is no technical person in their top management team. So technical support Askme was very poor.

Because of this, many customers stopped using Askme. Many vendors stop selling on ask me.

So, all effects on Ask me $ 300 million disaster.

Issue With Customers, Vendors, and Delivery Support:

Every e-commerce company has three main support columns customers, vendors, and delivery support.

Ask me did not focus on exiting customers. So their orders are started to drop.

Ask me did not pay money on time to their vendors and delivery guy. It is becoming the main reason for failing.
