they didn’t know anything about the workout design and they just put the exercise but they don’t tell you
A lot of factors which decide that you going to put on those abs on your belly or not. Because these are the ones who didn’t get them so sit tight and ready to note down the information that what I am about to tell you.
Hi I am Sparsh and I am a fitness enthusiast but not from my childhood. I used to be very fat even on my last to last birthday my body weight was like 105kgs and I was concerned about my body structure. But the day I make the decision not being in the body that I’m currently right now.

How to make six packs abs
The six-packs are not a joke or not the overnight thing because there are a lot of people who never had the experience of the gym.
They had this misconception that he/she will get these abs very soon very quickly. If they perform the abs exercise day and night but let me tell you the truth baby!!. It’s not a child’s play and it took years of hustle to make a good looking ripped physique.
So the biggest question raised on your mind that how much time it takes to me to get those abs?
It depends on the level of your body fat percentage.
Because the lower the body percentage you own the less time it takes. Meaning the leaner you are the less time it takes to make abs.
But you don’t have to just run behind the abs, you should be looking for building the whole physique by building muscles and strength in the gym.
If the body fat percentage high enough so first. You should take it down to a lower percentage then you start to train your abs. Because this is something which you can say the first step. So now you can make your body fat levels down?

Exercise for six packs abs at home
So you can make abs at home but what you have to do is just put your body fat percentage down to near 15% and then you can start training abs at home
and the following is the exercise is only for abs this is designed specifically for home work out. Try not to do it daily and corporate it with the full-body workout split on which I have total guidance for the home workout you can check here also.

Diet for six packs abs
Diet is the main part of this blog because if you don’t follow the diet it does not matter even if you do 1000 abs crunches a day. How you’ll look without a shirt its all depends on the diet you follow. I am going to tell you the diet today that you should follow.

Below in here you can apply to your diet
- If you have wanted to lose weight like ½ kg/week then you should have carbs like in between 150 – 200 grams considering you are eating fewer calories then the actual BMR
- AS if you have wanted to lose weight like 1 kg/week then you should have carbs like in between 100 – 150 grams considering you are eating fewer calories than the actual BMR in this also.
- If you have wanted to lose weight like 1 kg/week then you should have carbs like in between 100 – 150 grams considering you are eating fewer calories then the actual BMR in this as well.

Follow this diet for at least a couple of month and you’ll see some of the great results with this diet. But this is not the only diet you should follow meaning there is also a diet named Ketogenic diet
If you want to make the six packs abs you should have to follow the guideline that what have shown you above.
and you need to understand this “only making abs” should not be your primary goal.
Because you might not feel very good with the end results due to lack of muscle mass in your body.
If you are super fat then only you can go for an aggressive diet and to the workout only for a short period of time. Until you get to some average body fat percentage.
The average person should have the target of building muscles even if you are cutting (losing fat)
Some of the gurus might want to argue with me that while losing fat how can anyone build muscle. And those people have not much knowledge about fitness so back to the point you should focus on to building muscles and on to the diet

I think it depends on you totally if you’re a beginner I recommend you should go with the low carbs diet because it is easy then keto and it has the flexibility as well.
Yes you can and you can lose weight as well but the speed will be too slow and you can get distract as well.
