Well after experiencing many days at the gym what I extracted the meaning and definition of workout is

The definition bores meaning with their unique intensity as I covered the improvements not only in the physical but mental aspects also, most of you are getting surprised that how the discipline of workout can positively affect our mental growth patterns by training biceps and triceps?

Now diving deep into the consciousness of workout, why should we invest our precious time in doing workout?

The workout is an essential activity that should be done at least twice a day or depending upon your schedule, therefore the time being spent with it will bore you many fruitful outcomes in your work and relationships.

I shock sometimes when I watch an old person probably around 60-65 years is lifting heavily weighted plates and observing himself in the mirror placing.

So mainly we will be covering majorly two types of exercises here under Gym workout, I analyzed most of the people who have searched about Chest workout and Biceps Workout. Here is a list of workouts that I discussed with my Gym trainer.

To grow an attractive chest and becoming a magnetic personality to attract more people around, you just have to exercise mentioned workouts every day.

Biceps workout has been searched many times on google, explaining that people are much conscious about their physical appearance to look different in their group of people.

Personally I do prefer aerobic centers better than gyms, as it focusses more on the flexibility of body muscles than a gym.

Yoga has evolved with many years since its origination, many people make it a routine to do several yoga practices, one of them is Surya Namaskar which very much popular, just google it out. International Yoga Day is celebrated on 21st June of every year rejoicing the benefits which Yoga provides since the practice has started.


I would recommend you all to practise yoga daily, irrespective of any age. It will reap many benefits to your mind, body and soul.

After deciding all the workout which is to be followed, the main question comes, that how we can schedule the workout in the beginning.

Well, the answer to this question is quite simple and I am writing some of my tips and tricks which I learned from the gym trainer and friends who are preparing for the Indian Army.

Just try all the exercises allotting a single minute to each, rank the workout according to your difficulty level from easy to hard! Likewise if you are convenient with jumping jacks at then moving towards stretching of legs followed by Pushups, in this manner plan your workout and dive into the sweat of your inner wears.

Firstly Exercise hard until your sweat sprinkles like water from your body dropping to the floor. Secondly Tap any empty place and pin the spot for your workout routine.

WHAT IS THE BEST TIME FOR DOING EXERCISE?

Well if you ask me, then I would suggest the time before sunrise, morning time being the best out of any time.

I was reading a book namely THE 5 AM CLUB, a book written by Robin Sharma, the writer has explained the benefits of doing any activity before dawn therefore the work will fetch in the abundance of efficiency and effectiveness which will bear favorable outcomes, exercise is the part of it.

He has described the importance of daily morning workout and how it leads to a successful life.

So wake up early in the morning, exercise with all your energy, and feel the sensations.

You will be owning your morning and elevating your life if this is followed.

HOW TO STAY CONSISTENT WITH YOUR WORKOUT ROUTINE?


After some days of our workout routine we encounter consistency. There is no value of workout if you are not aligned with consistency and upgrading your exercise routine.

In conclusion Many young people are who are having a hectic schedule are suffered from a single difficulty, no need to worry I will all the solutions which most of the successful personalities follow to maintain persistent efforts in doing something.
