As of my point of view, the main reason is that both students and our honorable government don’t focus on skills, they all are trying to give a degree from any college.

But when they come out of college, they come to know the reality, how the market works.

After understanding the whole scenario, students have no options to look, and this scenario helps to grow unemployment every year.

So, it’s my humble request to whoever reads this blog, try to learn new skills every time, whether you are in an MBA or any degree.

Because that one thing, that helps is skills only skills.

So, now I want to share some of the skills which are required in the finance sector are-

Basic knowledge in Accounting-

As we that the whole finance industry directly or indirectly related to accounting funds and also related to this stuff.

So, it is a very good thing if you know some knowledge in accounting, before coming to the MBA. it also helps an edge over others in the time of placements.

Because every company wants an employee who definitely adds some value to the company.

So if you know some extra skills, it totally beneficial to you.

Interpersonal skills-

Look, it is the skills which I think is very necessary in any stream or any field. as per finance perspective.

We all know that India is a growing economy, so every time the standard of working is changed drastically. Today it is a myth that finance people work in the back end of the company, but this is totally wrong.

Today these peoples are also come forward and deal with customers as well as owners of the company like at the time of bargaining and all.

Some of them come to land in an average one.

So due to this the profile which is given in placements are different and

Your salary also varies person to person.

And due to all this, I tell you that lot of people who are come from average b schools ,

Lands to accounting and lower management jobs.

But it also true that you guys also getting top of the ladder after 2-3 years of experience,

So you have only enjoyed and struggle with these 3 years and after that, your life is sorted.
