As you can see the title catches the glimpse of something being entangled by enabling overthinking in our brain, as we all know overthinking is common among girls but there are times when boys were also a part of this flourishing problem.

When it comes to teenagers, they are most prone to it affecting their health and mental fitness leads to many other chronic problems.

If I define overthinking then I will consider it as The process of exceeding the limit of thinking by thinking too much about something.

Overthinking can be subjected as a part of human nature, but as we all learned that excess of everything is bad, the same applies here.

The meaning of this definition can be cleared with the help of this example.

“JOHN LOVES HIS GIRLFRIEND VERY MUCH, ONE DAY TONY TAKES JOHN’S GIRLFRIEND
TINA FOR HIS SISTER’S SHOPPING AS THEY WERE GOOD FRIENDS.

TINA SENT SOME CLOSE PICTURES OF HER AND TONY GRABBING A SINGLE BURGER
RELENTLESSLY,

JOHN TRIGGERED HIS MIND THAT WHY THEY BOTH ARE HOLDING A SINGLE BURGER CHEESE IN SAME HAS BEEN spread ON THEIR LIPS.

EVEN AFTER KNOWING THEY WERE GOOD FRIENDS, JOHN UNDERWENT OVERTHINKING AND FIGHTS WITH TINA EVERYDAY OVER THE ISSUE, WHENEVER TONY COME TO MEET HIM, JOHN PERCEIVE TON’S SAME BODY LANGUAGE TOWARDS HIS WIFE STRANGELY”

The above example purely casts the definition and meaning of overthinking, it exaggerates our thinking pattern which affects our life drastically.

Even if we had technical tools to evaluate our overthinking pattern then our knowing write a large book with an abundance of pages on our overthinking pattern.

Overthinking is the same among person to person but depends on consciousness about knowing what a person is thinking about.

As I mentioned a short phrase highlighted in the above paragraph about some positivity about overthinking, conscious overthinking means knowing the level and depth of what you are thinking.

Researchers use the method of conscious overthinking to carry on their experiments and researches.

For example, A scientist has to adopt conscious overthinking while testing how sulfur can smoothen rubber for carrying efficiency in the construction of a building

We overthink because of the expectations we hold for a person or thing, many expectations open a gateway to overthinking. Coming back to the point what happens, when we overthinking a lot.

After a lot of research, discussing with psychologists and my personal experiences, I am up on the basis of my researches from different social media platforms, various documentation, and medical reports that what happened when we overthink?

1) LOSE CONTROL ON ANGER MANAGEMENT

Have you ever feel ruminated when you overthink a person too much? Your behavior drastically boosts up when you talk to the person who is subject. Overthinking allows our anger on the face.

Anger always destroys well-established relationships with your closed ones. All the process started when we get a cue to overthink and diving deep in the ocean.

Always shifts the subject of anger to another thing which gives you satisfaction.

Overthinking leads to savior mental health issues, mental health here refers to the working system of your mind responsible for the actions and decisions we take in the discourse.

Mental health issues involve headache problems inclusive of migraines, hypertension, and hypotension.

It makes our body on the vibration mode.

It feels like you are carrying some heavyweight on your head which is not visible.  Many times a person tends to hit his forehead on the wall.

Nerves of eyes feel cumbersome struggling to open properly resulting in red eyes.

Well, emotional distress is a common thing that happens in every problem like depression.

It can so harmful for your health and lifestyle, I will mention the suggestions to be followed to counter these problems.

4) LESS INTERVALS OF SLEEP


Whenever you overthink about a past event analysing the reasons of why that particular thing happened, we discover major changes in our sleep patterns.

Quality Sleep is essential for the testable clock of the body. Sleeping offers our body to recharge or reboot over the fatigue which we got the previous day.

People generally discover very less sleep in overthinking, as a matter of fact, they incline towards various medicines like sleeping pills or drugs to attain compulsive sleep patterns.

But rather than relief, the medicines mix with the stream of blood in our body causing various problems in the immune system.

The only solution to each and every problem is to use the consciousness of your mind.

Conscious about being informed that you have started thinking too much about something.

This will help to find a cue that triggers the process of overthinking. This will help you a lot to inculcate regular cues of overthinking.

Whenever you feel rumination during the process, just make a fist and say I will discuss tomorrow, this will enable you to calm down between the process of 24 hours.

2) MONITOR YOUR THOUGHTS

Challenge your thoughts right away if they are pointing towards negativity leading to
overthinking.

We need to scare ourselves of the negative thought if it is conceived by your mind then aware yourself to notice at the initial level what is happening with you?

Immediately give signals to your eyes to distract yourself from the process of thinking too much about a thing.

When your mind gets distracted from the negative thoughts, you can focus on the principle work you were doing.

You should challenge your thoughts every day in order to train your mind that you are confident enough to replace any negative thought with a positive one.

3) SCHEDULE SOME TIME FOR INTROSPECTION


Introspection, the art of reflecting ourselves internally.

Introspection is one of my everyday tasks in routine, it enables me to train, instruct, and relieve the mind to focus more on the important tasks.

Meditation is an activity that has been done automatically during introspection.

After morning workout should introspect at least 20 minutes a day, to avoid any overthinking Symptom leading to a relaxed, calculative challenging, and chilled lifestyle.

4) WORKOUT

Exercise

In this paragraph, many mindful solutions are being written and computing to attain a healthy lifestyle, physically and mentally.

This will be bifurcated in two types, firstly the physical workout and secondly mental workout

Regular exercise covers many facts that can change the channel of negativity to the positivity.

When you exercise on a daily basis and sweats hard, the stretching of the muscles secrets serotonin in the brain.

Mental workout includes meditation, introspection, retrospection

We discussed mental workout in the above paragraph also. Both the workout regulates the flow of cortisol and dopamine.

It helps in getting quality sleep, encounter emotional distress, and instructs our mind to abide positivity. Workout crushes all our problems majorly overthinking.

just shift your focus to other things that involve fewer logics and mental calculations.

For example, you can play indoor or outdoor games, or you can watch some comedy shows.

Exercise or physical workout is the only solution as per my views, I do rigorous workout followed by a minimum of 20 minutes of meditation.
