according to psychology study showed that people will be 50% more efficient when the deadline is coming and adjusting clock 15 mins ahead will future create a virtual deadline for someone and also a fake sense of urgency inside the subconscious mind.

Consciously try to observe of your life and figure out where your trigger point is where you unknowingly waste most of your time is it in social media or in other activities which consumes your energy.

Some common ways to figure out where you waste your time are:

  2. Analyze it

  4. While doing work try to use a stopwatch for more progress in tracking it.

 Sometimes due to emotional trigger, we are not able to deny the proposal of our dear ones
