Why Indians want Sarkari Jobs?
There are many factors but we will only discuss some of the most important ones here. Indians just want Sarkari job because:
- Job Security: Poor and Middle-Class Indian parents and children have faced a lot of difficulty in the past and because of that they prefer a Lifetime Job with a fixed amount of Salary.
- Social Status: Indians believe that Sarkari Jobs are prestigious and will give them social status. They just want a good house, a car, and other commodities that just don’t make them rich.
- Lack of knowledge of opportunities: Indians are not too much aware of the opportunities that are there for the taking. Survey says that the no. of people going for lesser paid Sarkari jobs have become more in the past decade. Indians are very much satisfied with lesser money but for a longer period.
- Risk Factor: Risk is a very huge factor for people not going for something else other than jobs. The risk is very high in businesses but in jobs, it is relatively low and in Sarkari jobs, there isn’t any risk of losing your job.
- Less Workload: The workload in the government job is very less as compared to businesses. People just want a 9-5 job, there is no such deadline in government jobs so people want to relax after 5 pm and wait for the weekends to rest even more.

The real scenario of a Sarkari Jobs is very different in 2016-17. According to data of surveys, there were around 60000 jobs that have 29 lakh applicants.
SSC CGL one of the most awaited exams in India where the vacancies are around 10000 every year. The no. of applicants applying is around 30 lakhs, so there is a very big luck factor involved in this, and students are considering it a safe option I clearly don’t understand this thing.
From 2007 to 2016 the madness of Sarkari jobs increases substantially 62% of youth wanted to have a job in 2007 which Rises to about 65%.
In big cities it was around 48% to now it is 62%. In a small city is it rises from 50 % to 60%.In villages, it grows from 65 to 69%.
Why India is still underdeveloped?
Due to this Job fever, Indians are not allowing themselves to explore and fill the gaps in the societies and that’s when the MNCs are coming into action.
Indians should have their own thing own brand, food, and every other thing so that the flow of money remains in India and adds to the Indian economy.
Businesses in India are very less as compared to other countries, even if there are businesses most of them are not accepting the technological changes and advancement, which is not making any profit to India but to the Foreign countries, So our Youth should not seek for a job and start doing their own business.

SCAMS IN GOVERNMENT JOBS EXAMS:
There are many scams in India, you name the sector and there is a scam ready for you.
Youth has also gone helpless in this past decade or so with so many cheating incidences and various other corruption issues, sometimes the syllabus is changed, online cheating is done, scams with phones and even tapes and footages were also leaked in favor of the fact that corruption in Sarkari jobs exam is at its peak.
The success ratio in the exam is very low around 0.1% or 0.2%. When corruption and cheating happen the will and determination of a good hard-working student just demolish.

Institute (Education) Business in India :
The biggest problem in India is this Education business or we should call it Institute business. You look around your area how many institutes can you find, there are numerous of them.
How many of them are good ? ? the answer is a few, so the question is why there are so many ??
It is a profitable business and people are just still blindfolded. They are just looking to acquire knowledge.
Indian Institutes know this psyche of parents. Firstly if an institute is offering a degree like an MBA or something don’t fall for it.
Big Companies now want an MBA as a Degree. So to put it into their profile and resume. People are going for whatever comes across their way which is giving capital to these small Institutes.
People in India are very much fascinated by the end product. After the degree, i.e Job and are not focused on the skills which are there to be taken so most of the engineers are either jobless or underemployed in India.
News Channels are filled with the News of unemployment but the real problem is underemployment. Apart From Good IITS AIIMS or IIMs which emphasize learning. Every other university or institute is hiring less skilled lecturers and professors so that the profit is high and as they know 75-80% of students are not here to study.
Good and Skilled teachers are going to other sectors or just take Sarkari jobs.
They know the salary is not going to rise in this field so they go to a corporate where they can get the money if they work hard.
Skill is a major problem in India. Top Companies are also cutting down their jobs day by day because of technological advancement, but students are not aware of them.
Why there are so many fewer good teachers in India ?
The answer to it is very straight, due to lack of capital (money) given to them. If the pay scale of a teacher is very good then there would be good teachers as they will think that the effort they are putting in has some rewards.
In Developed Countries, a good teacher earns a lot of money as compared to an Indian teacher.
The reputation and Money of a good teacher are not so high in India. That’s why people are applying for universities abroad with a greater payscale and more respect.
Why India is not developing as much (my views)?
See in my view it starts way earlier in our schooling days when we start schooling he first thing we try to find is what school are we going to now?
No room for Government School as the Government is not functioning well then there come private Schools where every year we give readmission fee, the uniform fee, the new books fee, the extra curriculum fee and then every single other fee possible, all these expenses are done by our parents or guardians.
This school is also not taking good care of us as there are a pretty large no. of students with a weaker faculty. Then we go to nearby coaching with maybe the same faculty but less no. of students so the expenses double. This expense is also done by our parents who are already in debt.
After Schooling then this same thing will be again in Colleges and to find Sarkari jobs or any other job we need someone because our lifestyle has become like this. This is a life story of most of us so common people take a very little risk.
That’s why the Indian economy is not that good but Black Money is tremendous.

The middle class and the poor don’t know how to become rich they are following the very conventional path.
India’s Youth just want to copy-paste and not invent, there have been many good entrepreneurs in India over the past decades, But the no.is still very low.
Sarkari jobs or any form of job is great for some time to know it and have some stability if you want but after that Indian Youth should try to find their path so that opportunities can grow and hence future of India is Bright.
