Till 1980 the film industry was ruled by Amitabh Bachchan, Sunny Deol, Anil Kapoor, and many more actors. But the era of the 1990s changed it completely.
As I told you that In 1970 and 1980 only action films were being produced. However, in 1990 the game changed and again the romantic pictures were begun to be made.
This happened with the entry of the greatest superstar Salman Khan when he made his debut with the film called Maine Pyar Kiya which was a big hit.
Overnight he was the heartthrob of the country. Then he did the romantic drama Hum Apke hai Kaun in 1994 which changed the game of Indian cinema.

Shah Rukh Khan
Then came the King of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan. He started his career with the television series in late 1980 Called FAUJI.
His first film Deewana was released in 1992. Shah Rukh is a self-made superstar of the film industry as he has no godfather working in the industry. Shah Rukh wanted to become a sportsperson but due to some injury, he accidentally stepped into films.
He has worked over in 80 Hindi films and is in the list of highest-earning actors in the world and is acquiring the second position of the list.
Shah Rukh is also the most followed and loved actor superstar of the film industry in overseas. He has been a part of very successful films like :
